Mother Killed When Driver Runs Red Light; Settled for Insurance Policy Limits

A mother of three was struck and killed in an intersection by a driver suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Jeffrey Milman represented the deceased’s children in recovering the maximum insurance policy limits from the driver’s and the deceased’s insurers.
