Jeffrey Milman will moderate a panel discussion, “Mediation: What Works & What Doesn’t…Tips from the Mediators,” at the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association event. The panel will take place on Thursday July 28, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Tustin Ranch Golf Club in Tustin, CA. The panelists will discuss a variety of mediation-related issues including effective negotiation techniques, the importance of client preparation, power point presentations, and day in the life videos.
