Partner Daniel Hodes presented to the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) discussing ways to analyze and handle delayed cancer diagnosis cases. In cancer cases, early detection and diagnosis is essential to survival. The presentation included an analysis of lung, colon, prostate and breast cancer cases, common liability scenarios, as well as common and unique causation issues.
CAOC is an organization comprised of nearly 3,000 plaintiff attorneys who are passionate about their work and their clients’ well-being. The work of a plaintiff attorney depends on the state courts’ rules and regulations; therefore, CAOC maintains a strong presence in Sacramento to continue to ensure the court system remains open to all.
