Jeff Milman will participate on the panel, “Identifying and including cross-over claims in your personal injury case,” presented by the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association on July 25, 2013 at the Tustin Ranch Golf Club. Mr. Milman will speak on a range of topics, including how to identify potential cross-over claims, what elements are needed to incorporate a cross-over claim, how to build up potential damages by incorporating a cross-over, and how to maximize damages for pre-litigation or litigation settlements.
