A husband and wife were rear-ended while driving together and both suffered injuries. Despite the insurance carrier assertions that the medical charges were excessive, Jeffrey Milman obtained a $295,000 settlement for the couple. The settlement covered the extensive medical procedures required following the accident as well as lost wages incurred due to the husband’s inability to continue working after the crash.
