A married couple vacationing in Hawaii were involved in a head-on collision on a highway. The husband, a 47-year-old tattoo artist, suffered a femur fracture, as well as serious soft-tissue damage to his knee and shoulder. On learning that he was experiencing a loss of short-term memory, his attorneys at Hodes Milman became concerned that he had suffered a brain injury which had gone unrecognized during his hospitalization in Hawaii.
