Andrew Linares is an associate attorney at Hodes Milman, LLP, where he works extensively on elder abuse, medical negligence, personal injury, and mass tort matters. Prior to joining the firm as a full-time attorney, he served as a clerk with the firm. Andrew came to the firm from a well-respected defense firm where he worked while pursuing his Juris Doctorate. During his time on the defense side of litigation, he represented numerous regional centers, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, and homeowner’s associations in cases involving plaintiffs who suffered catastrophic injuries, sexual assaults, and wrongful deaths. Andrew is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and spent the majority of his time in the Marines stationed at Marine Corps Aircraft Station Miramar and was mobilized in support of the Global War on Terrorism. He is a native Spanish speaker.
Andrew earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University where he volunteered in the immigrant justice clinic advocating for special immigrant juveniles fleeing persecution in their home countries.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.
